Terms and conditions for the purchase of services
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of services made through remote communication channels, including but not limited to online purchases, telephone orders, or orders by email. Please note that these terms and conditions apply only to private customers.
Under the Swedish Distance Purchasing Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase of services within 14 days of receiving confirmation of the order, without giving any reason. If you wish to cancel the purchase, you must notify me in writing or by email within the 14-day period, stating your intention to cancel. If you have already received part of the service within the 14-day period, you will be charged for the portion of the service that has been provided.
For all online services, I, Ricardo Guillén, offer free cancellations, reschedules and refunds with 24 hours notice. In the case of cancellations or reschedules, please notify me no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
If you fail to provide at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation or rescheduling, I may charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the service.
Cancellations and/or reschedules can typically be done using the “Cancel” or “Reschedule” links in the confirmation e-mail you receive when ordering. If these links are not present, you can use this form.
I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for any reason. I will comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the provision of the service.
I am responsible for ensuring that the service is of satisfactory quality, and the service should be performed with reasonable skill and care. I will ensure that the service is delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe, or if no timeframe is specified, within a reasonable time.
If I am unable to deliver the service within the agreed-upon timeframe or at all, I will notify you as soon as possible, and any payments made by you will be refunded.
This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Swedish Distance Purchasing Act.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law, and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
